Synapsium by Ginger Films is built by Art-O Productions OPC Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru. We have been in the wedding industry for 10 years (since 2016) as Ginger Films, so the lead times, rituals and order of jobs in the app come from real weddings. A wedding planner for Indian families. One place for the plan of jobs and when to start them, guests and RSVPs, the budget and who pays for what, gifts, hotel rooms, guest transport, food counts, and your own notes — shared with the family members you invite.

Yes. Open the sample wedding and look around every screen — it is the whole app, with example data. We suggest you do this first. And if it is not for you after paying, there is a full refund within 7 days (see Paying).

No. Synapsium opens in your phone’s browser at synapsium.space. If you want it to feel like an app, add it to your home screen: on iPhone tap Share → Add to Home Screen; on Android tap the menu ⋮ → Add to Home screen or Install app.

Fourteen to start from: North Indian Hindu, Sikh, Muslim, Christian, Bengali Hindu, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Kerala Hindu, Jain, Parsi, court or registered marriage, and a simple or custom plan. You can pick more than one for a mixed wedding, and add, rename or move any event afterwards.

You sign in with your Google account. Any Gmail works — the one already on this phone is fine. We get your name and email from Google, nothing else. There is no separate password to remember.

The Today tab. It shows only what needs you now. Everything else waits on the plan until its time comes, so you never have to look at the whole list at once.

Open the Family tab and tap Invite family. Send the link on WhatsApp. Whoever taps it signs in with Google and joins your wedding’s plan.

No. One payment covers one wedding. Invite as many family members and friends as you like.

Each person sees and changes only the parts an Admin opens for them — for example, Money can stay with the two of you. Share the link only with people you trust. If a link goes to the wrong person, reset it from the Family tab — the old link stops working.

Changes made at the same time are combined, never thrown away. If two people changed the very same detail, the app shows it under “to review” so you can choose which one to keep.

Yes. Your plan is kept on your phone, so it opens and works with no signal — at the venue, on a flight, in a basement hall. Anything you change waits on the phone and goes to your family as soon as you are back online. The top of the screen tells you whether you are online and when you last synced.

Once your wedding is paid for, your plan is also saved on our servers. Sign in with the same Google account on your new phone and it comes back. Before you pay, the plan lives only on the phone you made it on — use More → Settings → Copy a backup if you want a copy.

No. Photos and files you add to the Vault stay on the phone you added them on.

₹1,499 for the first 100 weddings, then ₹2,499. Both prices are inclusive of all taxes — nothing is added at checkout. It is a single payment for one wedding: every feature and every future update, with no subscription.

In the app, through Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Don’t pay again. Write to us with the payment reference (it is on your receipt, and in More → Settings under your account) and the Google account you used. We will sort it out. A failed payment that was still deducted is normally reversed by your bank on its own; if not, we chase it with Razorpay for you.

Yes. Not for you? Full refund within 7 days of paying. No questions asked. After 7 days: a duplicate payment is refunded in full; and if the app doesn’t work as described and we can’t fix it within 14 days of you telling us, we refund what you paid. Refunds are paid within 30 days of us agreeing them. The full wording is on the refunds page.

No. There is no subscription, so nothing renews and nothing needs cancelling.

Only the people you invite. On our servers your plan is stored encrypted (scrambled), never as plain text. The key that unlocks it is held by our server, not by your phone — that is what lets you sign in on a new phone and get everything back.

No. We do not sell, rent or share your details with advertisers or vendors, and there are no ads inside the app.

No. Synapsium does not list, rank or recommend vendors, and nobody can pay to appear in it. Every vendor in your plan is one your own family added.

Yes. Download your whole plan as a file any time, from More → Settings → Your data is yours → Copy a backup. It is yours.

More → Settings → Delete my account. Your wedding is removed from our server within 30 days. If another admin exists, their copy stays. Deleting does not by itself trigger a refund — ask within 7 days of paying if you want one.
